Development of Land Foxhall Road
Brightwell Foxhall & Purdis Farm residents will be aware of the recent media coverage on the proposed development of 1300 properties and associated infrastructure. This development will directly affect our residents. Of course this development is in addition to the Brightwell Lakes development in Brightwell and Martlesham which is currently taking place. Your Lead Councillor for Planning Cllr Graeme Watts will be attending a meeting with the agents for Bloors, the developers, and will be working on behalf of the Parish to bring back as much information as possible. The Parish Council will keep residents updated on the current position as it progresses.
